Okay! What say... 10k for the dragon, and then I looked up each of the cost of the apparel in the AH. The Duneglider Cape is 15k, Tail Wrap is 1.3k and Crown of Bones is 13k.
So, 39.3k total?

Personally I didn´t notice much diffrence.
But you can compare the basic stats of a lvl 1 dragon with it to find out for sure
