>> Rage stepped from his den that shadowed the whole camp. Standing there, he was able to view anything he pleased. The three foot ledge wasn't much, but it was enough to look at his whole camp, which was nice. He padded over to the cave that usually held food, hungry from sleep. The scent of his kin brushed him as he passed Thunder's den, however he made no motion to show a 'good morning' of any sort. The alpha let out a growl as he saw that the hunters yet again failed to provided a meal in time. The bones of the last elk were now scattered and meatless. He turned and glared at the camp, waiting for a hunter of any sort to confess their wrongs.

>> Thunder heard others awakening, but he himself didn't feel like moving. The large brute rolled onto his stomach and looked out of his dark den. He wasn't in the mood to socialize. Then again, when was he? The large brute saw his mirror image of a father as he stepped out of his den on the largest rock. Envy flashed in him as he wished he had the den that overlooked the whole camp, but he was simply the alpha's son. However, he was respected by default, which was nice. The midnight wolf laid his head so it was visible to any wolf passing.

>> Kira let her paws drift through the shallow pool of water as she took her morning walk. The pond was beautiful at dawn. The orange and pink reflecting over dark contrasting lily pads calmed the fea's buzzing mind. She stepped out of the cool water and settled herself on the bank, watching as the sun rose from the sky. She took a deep breath, the scent of dew very welcoming. Her stomach twisted, and she cringed at the pain. Maybe the hunters would spare some kill for her this week.
