If you don't know of a gifmaking resource I suggest using makeagif.com as it's the only gif-making site I know of where the gifs don't have a likely chance to just randomly stop existing and be replaced with a glitched image. You have to make an account to use it but it's quick and free, or you can ask someone else to do it for you.
