ahh yes i see we are speaking about alternian
i can read alternian really well but i cant write it yet
i'm already learning spanish, mandarin and french and do not need any more languages
i always wondered if you could SPEAK alternian though
i always imagined that the ancestors spoke alternian, and everyone back then spoke it
kind of like Gaelic used to be spoked in scotland before we switched to english

i'm furthering my learning for english and am trying to learn italian and french all at the same time
i used to be able to read and write alternian fluently... [ like, in high school ugh ]
but not any more.

didnt know how to write it th OUGH
i was trying to write out mindfangs journals in alternian but messed em up and wrote them the wrong direction

hello yes its me here to input something whilst this thread is still on topic and not totally spammy oh yes ;)
but yeah, isnt alternian just that one font flipped and mirrored??
Anyway yeah i imagine alternians also a spoken language?? I kinda assumed the only reason the kids + trolls could communicate is that skaia was translating things for them, so the kids hear english + the trolls hear alternian haha

but then someone pointed out, because the trolls created the earth, english is probably heavy influenced by alternian
other languages on the earth were probably just switched and changed alot
i probably have some more in-depth detail to add to this but i'm v busy with dumb scottish stuff ahah

alternian is basically daedric backwards and mirrored and stuff. so wouldn't it just be daedric spoken?
