ayy, call me cori. c: i'm a girl in her upper teens looking for an
active, mature, understanding onexone partner. life is pretty hectic on my end.
i try to be on regularly, but it's a bit of a struggle. however, when i am on i give
lengthy replies--typically varying in length from 2-10 paragraphs. needless to say,
i love detail and i love having something interesting to reply to. i have a few stipulations;;

- i would prefer my partners to be of the same maturity/reading level.
- absolutely under NO circumstances will god mod. it is possible to give lengthy
replies without having to control the other character, trust me.
- someone that can communicate with me and contribute to twists and turns in
the plot. i'm heavily into action, drama, suspense, you name it. i can be very
creative, but i need someone that can surprise me now and then. c:
- i lean towards male characters. i will only roleplaywith people that have significantly
realistic charries. nothing isore annoying than characters that magically know
information because my character thought about it. flaws are great, too.

i enjoy anything with extreme drama, action, suspense, some romance here
and there... y'know, the good stuff. i do horror, dramatic romance, apocalyptic,
supernatural, fantastical/magical, anything with enhanced abilities/superpowers--

Hey there, I'm BurntPickle!

● I am enrolled in high school, so that can give you my basic age range.
● I am female, and living somewhere in the United States.
● I am online at least an hour a day, sometimes two. Even more on the
weekends.
● I am a literate roleplayer. I write up to 1000 words per post. In other
words, about anywhere from four paragraphs or more. I try to have
excellent grammar, and I always capitalize, punctuate, and spell as
correctly as I can. Of course, my vocabulary isn't some gigantic,
endless list of random words that nobody knows the definitions of,
but I, at least, don't say 'he said' over and over again after each
line of dialogue.
● I will play both males and females, typically heterosexual, but I
have never tried homosexuality in my roleplays, so... *shrug* I'm
totally open to try, but I'm used to heterosexual relationships.
● I spend, on average, one hour writing my posts. You will not
receive a sloppy post unless I'm having a bad day and my muse is
low. You'll probably be able to tell when it's one of those days.
● I can provide multiple examples of my roleplaying skills if you
would like to see some.
● I am friendly - or, I think so. Don't be afraid to criticize me or
tell me something that I'm doing that bothers you! I'm not gonna
get all mad and leave. On the same topic, I love to chat with
anybody, about almost anything, and will try to always reply!

● You must be literate enough to write at least two or three well
developed paragraphs. Three fragments do not make a paragraph.
● I expect you to know how to write correctly. Please have basic
skills that can make me believe you are intelligent and mature.
Using 'text talk' or 'chat speak' makes you, in my eyes, sound like
you don't care enough. Plus, I am super picky about small little
grammatic mistakes. My biggest pet peeve is when people say
'could care less'. Nonono, please don't do that, it makes me
grind my teeth. It is 'couldn't care less'. Thank you.
● Be active, please. Replying once a day would be absolutely
perfect, unless you've got things going on, and then I'll understand.
But, please, don't bug me if I don't reply within a few hours of your
reply when you take, say, a week to reply. If you do that, I will
purposely take my own sweet time replying.
● I don't mind if you only play females, or males. I don't mind if you
play one character, or twelve characters. Just understand that I play
one character, and one character only.

About My RP Style:

♦ I would like to think that I'm a semi-lit to lit roleplayer, ranging from a nicely fleshed out paragraph and up depending on the length of my partner's post.
♦ I usually get on at least once a day.
♦ I live in the United Kingdom, so my time zone is probably different than yours.
♦ I usually try to mirror my partners style as much as possible in both size and content.
♦ I have good grammar and spelling.
♦ When I'm online, I'll respond back ASAP or at least close to it.
♦ I can only really RP male characters comfortably.
♦ I prefer to roleplay over email. (Only because sometimes I get a tad carried away and let a curse fly out of my..fingers? I just don't want to get banned for my occasional foulmouthed self.)
♦ I have a strong preference for MxM right now when it comes to romance, but if you want a friendship, I can do MxF.
♦ I like to talk in OOC to my partner and get to know them. If I don't it just feels like I'm talking to someone inside my computer. If you're not alright with that, just tell me beforehand.

What I Expect From My RP Partner:

♦ Try to respond at least once a day (If something comes up, that's alright. I won't hate you.)
♦ At least three or four well thought out sentences per post, preferably more. If you can't I'll just tag right along and try to mirror as best I can.

I am semi-literate, meaning I can write around a paragraph or two. If I'm highly enjoying the roleplay then I can write around 3 paragraphs.

Q.Do I expect this much out of you? A.To be honest, I'm fine with any amount of paragraphs or sentences, as long as there is effort involved and some detail then I'm fine with it.
Q.Will you reply often? A.Depends on the roleplay, if I'm not as interested then I might not reply as fast.
Q.Do you roleplay as a male and female or just one? A.I roleplay as one normally, and that would be male, but if you want to roleplay as the male you may.
Q.What should I do if I don't want to roleplay anymore? A.That's fine just message me if you're done.
