My guess for this beauty

Lilian Nightshade, because:
"I swear it's a dog, mostly"
This lovely has the face, and partly body shape of a dog. It's not completely dog though. pretty self explanatory
"The pup is not what you're expecting"
Well, we where all expecting a PPS or a normal pup of some sort, not a "grown up" looking pet that's still groing. Also, I doubt anyone expected a dog that looks like this.
"The pup has no spots"
Honestly, I feel like you used this to troll us into thinking it's not yours. Since it's still groing, I'm guessing the next stage won't have spots.
"My dog is based on on of my biggest dreams"
Well, to be honest, I think it's very likely that having a kid would be a dream of Lilian's. We know that Lilian IS female, so there is a large chance that maybe they dream of having a kid.
*or they might just enjoy fantasy a lot :p*

Well this definitely seems to be hinting towards the "still growing" part of the pet.
"My dog guards a great treasure of blood and heart.
Something so unique, yet you wouldn't tell them apart."
This reminds me in every way of a mother and kid

Also, I think the line edits look and incredible amount like all of Lilians other amazing art.

Either way, whoever made this pet did a fantastic job

Well, if that's one of Lillians hints, then it all makes sense.

It's pregnant, it "guards" a baby.
It's definitely not a horse and it's mostly a dog.
The "pup" is not what you are expecting, means it's not an actual 2nd stage puppy, but it'll give birth to a puppy.
And that pup won't have spots, not the mother.
And it's based on one of her biggest dreams? Maybe she dreams about being a mother one day, I don't know?

Aaaand we have a winner.

Yeah, yeah, you can now stop throwing rocks at my very teasing self... she is my staff dog XD.

Here's the hint I found, not sure where you guys found yours...

They have a theme which nobody has figured out... and drastic changes are gonna happen

That's referring to her pony litter this month, not her staff dog. :3

Wait, does anyone have any staff pups that haven't grown yet? I see a lot of people saying they don't have the pregnant seal dog, but it should be the last outcome, so if you had any staff pups left over form yesterday, it should have grown into this dog right?

I feel like this outcome should split into the mom and the kid, but staff dogs never split or that would be unfair treatment for the staff.

It won't turn into the seal dog until it grows to day 14, maybe that's why people don't have it yet.
