It wouldn't be very realistic, from a biological point of view, but then again, neither are dragons that have four legs and wings. No other vertebrates have three pairs of limbs.

Well if it was two legs and two wings it wouldnt be a dragon anymore it would be a wyvern and no legs and no wings would be a Wyrm

Well dragons aren't real... Science doesn't really have to apply to them, since there's nothing proven about them x3 So in my opinion, almost anything could be possible .o.

it actually is possible for animals as well humans to get a baby if theyre lesbienne.. it is proven ( what is proove in the past? XD )

O.e that wouldnt be physically possible so i dont really care for it and that would be able the same as giving us gender changing scrolls so wouldnt happen

Yep, it can be done with genetic technology, but it is quite complicated.
But there's really no point in applying real life biology to dragons, since they're mythical beings. I mean if a female fae can get hatchlings with a male snapper anything is probably possible xD
