"Who? Natsu?" Dream blinked and glanced to the chestnut colt before looking back to the mare. "That's Natsu, my son. Normally he would be on his own by now, but Erza is allowing him to stay." She explained. She was happy that Erza was allowing Natsu to stay, for now at least. Though he was a two year old and would normally have been driven out by now, Dream liked being with her son. She hasn't seen her other two sons ever since they left. She hasn't seen Thunder, and she didn't even think that Garry was alive. Because if this, she didn't think she'd see Natsu for awhile once he left.

Faith grazed quietly, thinking about all the things that have happened this summer as well as the foal she was carrying. This would be her third foal, so this wasn't exactly new to her, though she did have to think of a name. She noticed Sebastian moved from his spot and head to where Tidal and Apocalypse were. Tidal and Apocalypse spoke to each other, though Faith didn't eavesdrop and kept to herself. Then Apocalypse began to move, nudging the mares and coming to the front of the herd. She quit grazing and lifted her her tail a flick before moving after Apocalypse. Normally she would have Sebastian stay by her side when the herd moved, though he was up front with Apocalypse. She moved with the herd over to a nearby water hole. It wasn't as big as she hoped it was, but it was enough and was to be expected. It was hot and dry out, so their water sources were shrinking. Hopefully another band wouldn't come by, she knew that Tidal was powerful enough to send away a stallion who came by, but what if a stronger stallion came? She let out a sigh sigh and tried to think of something else, something happier. She had been worrying a lot lately. She halted at the edge of the water and lowered her muzzle to the water so that she could drink, one ear flicked towards Sebastian.

It was hot, incredibly hot. She didn't quite remembering the summers being this warm, maybe they were going through a drought or something. Well, let's hope we get no fires. I think a storm...some rain would be nice... Asuna made her way over to the water and lowered her muzzle so that she could drink. As she drank, she kept an eye on her two fillies who went into the water instead of stopping by the edge like they did.

"He wasn't doing anything wrong." Lucina snorted, stomping her hoof against the ground. Dusty was a yearling, and colts that age did cause trouble but Lucina would make sure that he brother behaved. She didn't want him to get driven out early or possibly killed by Samurai. "He was just playing, there is nothing wrong with that." She added, then turned to face Dusty. She swished her tail and nudged her brother, moving away from Ninja. She moved a few feet away from the stallion, and then halted.

Olivia didn't mind the water, but she did pin her ears a bit when Mystery and her younger sister kept splashing her. She lifted her muzzle from the water and pricked her ears, facing them towards the fillies. She stood and watched quietly, letting out a soft snort when Venus nipped her then bolted. She was a bit hesitant, but after a few moments she pranced over to Venus and Mystery, her ears flicking back and forth.

Not paying too much attention to what the horses around her were doing, Lucy quit drinking and moved into the water. She lowered herself into the water, rolled a bit before standing up. It was very hot out, and the water hole was smaller than it usually was. She didn't remember last summer being like this. Once standing again she used one of her front legs to paw through the water, her ears pricked and tail flicking occasionally.

Venus moved through the water, prancing and jumping about, but the filly stopped when she noticed Mystery calling to someone. Pricking her ears, she came to Mystery's side and halted, looking curiously to who she was calling to. Her gaze rested on Ghost, a yearling. Venus didn't know this colt, they weren't related and never spoke but she has seen him around. She whinnied to him, also inviting him over.

After messing around in the water for a bit, Nowi eventually stopped. Though she wasn't soaked, part of her flank were a darker color due to the water. She enjoyed playing in the water, especially on hot days like this. In fact, a water hole was where she met Mew. She frowned slightly, remembering the pretty dark mare. She hasn't seen her and so long...and when she thought she would see her friend again she was taken away. She shook her head, trying to get rid of those thoughts. She took a moment to look around, to see what the others were doing. Apocalypse was speaking to Sebastian about something, though Nowi didn't know what. She hadn't been really paying attention to them earlier, so she didn't know what they were doing. It didn't look too interesting to her, so she decided to not go over and bother them. The chestnut and white mare turned her attention back to the water, deciding to cool herself off completely. She lowered herself into the water and began to roll. Though the water was a bit warm, it was better than just standing around in the heat. Once she was satisfied, the chestnut and white mare stood up, shaking out her mane and coat. Once she was done with that, she made her way out of the water hole and back onto land. She then proceeded to go down and begin rolling again, but this time in the dirt. She knew that the dirt would stick to her and she would get dirty, but she didn't care.

Hearing a nicker, Thunder quit grazing and he lifted his head, his ears pricking as he looked over to where Phantom was. She was allowing him to come closer? He thought that she wouldn't want him too close. Pan did kind of just give her away to him, and Thunder also was who decided if her son lived or not. Then again, Thunder did not plan on harming the colt, if he did he would have killed Ghost before they moved here. A bit hesitant though happy that Phantom was okay with him coming closer, he took several steps closer to the gray mare before halting.

Wondering where his sister was, he looked to the water and watched the dark colored filly playing in the water. He thought about joining her, but the young male decided against it. Shaking out his mane, he then lowered his muzzle to the ground and began to graze.

He frowned a bit, not thinking he did anything wrong, but he want to get in trouble with Ninja again. When Lucina turned and nudged him, the yearling turned and broke into a jog, his ears flicking back and forth. When his sister stopped he did the same, halting beside her and looking over to where Ninja was.

Sebastian had a grin on his face as he followed Apocaylpse, wondering where the mare would be leading them to. He was in the front with the black mare, though he would occasionally glance back to make sure that his mother and the rest of the herd was following them. Eventually they reached their destination, a medium sized water hole, which was a good place for the herd as they could drink and cool off here. When Apocaylpse stopped, he did the same, stopping and now standing by her side. He became a bit distracted by Nowi, who had bounded into the water and was now playing and pawing through it. Seeing her in the water made him want to jump in and play too, but when Apocaylpse spoke the colt blink and turned his attention back to her. When she pointed to some hills that weren't too far from they were standing, Sebastian looked over and kept quiet, listening to what the older mare had to say. "Oh." He said, maybe the reason why they haven't really seen any other bands or bachelors recently was because they were all in the valley. Turning to Apocaylpse, Sebastian spoke again "Hey, shouldn't we go there? Everyone else is there!"

He returned the nudge, lipping at her mane for a moment before looking to the distance. He planned on going soon, wanting to check the area for any lone mares or a herd he could steal from.

When Lucina turned and nudged him, the yearling turned and broke into a jog, his ears flicking back and forth. Sebastian had a grin on his face as he followed Apocaylpse, wondering where the mare would be leading them to. He was in the front with the black mare, though he would occasionally glance back to make sure that his mother and the rest of the herd was following them. Eventually they reached their destination, a medium sized water hole, which was a good place for the herd as they could drink and cool off here. When Apocaylpse stopped, he did the same, stopping and now standing by her side. He became a bit distracted by Nowi, who had bounded into the water and was now playing and pawing through it. Seeing her in the water made him want to jump in and play too, but when Apocaylpse spoke the colt blink and turned his attention back to her. When she pointed to some hills that weren't too far from they were standing, Sebastian looked over and kept quiet, listening to what the older mare had to say. "Oh." He said, maybe the reason why they haven't really seen any other bands or bachelors recently was because they were all in the valley. Turning to Apocaylpse, Sebastian spoke again "Hey, shouldn't we go there? Everyone else is there!"

He had the same energy as the stallion Galloped forward, his bay limbs thundered the soil in alarm of his approach while he followed his small band. A squeal firing from his nostrils as he warned the others of his age and skill. He eventually caught up to the mare before losing her at her feisty demeanor. Lashing out, he went forward again and soon enough he caught up toward her side, giving her side an attractive, yet alluring lip. A gesture to say he caught ahold of her marvelous heat scent, and he was prepared to ask.

The stallion only made a few comments before disappearing again. Leaving her drowned in silence again. It came to her conclusion she wasn't liking this technique already... the stallion seemed to have been drowned in so much drama, she wasn't having any of it. Her gaze averted to a mare who was apparently lead, and was quite the rude one too. Flattening her ears, the mare fired a few insulting comments before whipping around. She didn't seem welcomed at once, and this place gave an example of how far dangerous it had really been. Sighing with disappointment, the bay mare slumped her shoulders and pondered forward. There goes another year of being alone.

"I think that all he wants is to be able to stay with the herd until he can get one of his own. Right now he's no competition to any stallion. He'll stay on his best behavior." Summer promised. "Do you think you can tolerate him long enough?" The palomino hoped she'd be able to buy Natsu some more time to stay in the herd. But it'd only help if Natsu stayed on Ezra's good side.
