What is the issue or question?:
For the past couple of weeks, I've had issues with algae in my tank that I just can't seem to get rid of. I've done multiple complete water changes, completely washed all decor and gravel, and it just keeps coming back. Right now, the fish are acting normally, but I don't want that to change. Any tips to get rid of the algae and keep my water clear?
Any other information?:
The algae is a greenish-brown color and is on everything, not just the glass.

Umm... You do know you are over stocked with the 2 petricolas in the tank? Petricolas are recommended at least double that amount of space. They are also from Lake Tanganyika, so have quite different water requirments than bettas, in terms of water hardness and pH.
For algae 2 possible sources(at least): too much light or too much nutrients, or their imbalance in general. Later could be from over stocking, but seeing you do ton of water changes I'd go with light. How much and long do you have the lights on? Is the tank close to a window? If you don't have any live plants, black-out(lights off and cover it) the tank for couple days and see if it makes any differance.
I do suggest trying out live plants though. There are some that are said to actually prevent algae growth, plus plants in general fight for the food with algae so happy plants keep the algae away.

Types of fish that you have: In the first 10 gallon set up in our living room, my little sister has two Glofish and two apple snails. In the other 10 gallon, I have my male crowntail betta. And in the 3-4 gallon I have my female betta who I just got today. ^^

How many fish tanks do you have: 3, but only one has fish in it. The others need cleaned up and cycled again before I use them.

How long have you had fish: As long as I can remember so about 8 years or so.

How many gallons is your tank?: I don't know, I thin about 20. Please don't tell me to put him in a bigger tank or rehome him, both of those things are impossible.

Did you cycle it?: No, when I started the tank I thought the nitrogen cycle was just a way to make people buy more stuff from pet stores.

What is the issue or question?: Billy (the Goldfish.) has a white spot directly above his moth.
Any other information?: he had ick a few months ago but I don't think thats what it is.

Hey guys, I have an issue.
Recently Blueberry died, he was sort of my pride and joy. But this morning, I found Serpent dead as well. She was fine last night but this morning I found her dead under a plant and she looked like she had been rotting for days. Is there some sort of betta disease that is contiguous and kills in a few hours?
