RULESNone really; just follow the site rules!
No copying, nothing insulting, all that.
You may edit as much as you like--just so long as the original picture, pose and all that is recognizable.
You may use for whatever reason you like.
There are several layers for a blinking affect. You may color in each of these layers if you like and turn them into a gif here or using your preferred gif-making methods. 
Timer is incredibly off, I was playing minecraft and leaving the computer open. Last edited by

Important;;
I'm going to be spending the rest of July helping prepare for my cousin's wedding (in the beginning of August) then after the wedding I'm off to a 3 week tour of some European countries and will be back around the end of August. It is not likely that I'll be on CS but I'll try. Roleplays- I've worked all this out with you. Trades- you must be really patient. PM's- you have to be patient. Mustang Makeover- Don't worry, I didn't quit! I am writing stories in my notebook.
