Tough As Nails Adoption Fan Club (Happy Holidays!)

A little bit late, but I drew this picture of my character, Caper, adopted from here. She brought us a belated party gift x3 not my best, we ran out of colored pencils, and I don't think the crayons worked too well.

Question: does this characeter have a chance of being accepted? He does have hair, a really fluffy mowahawk, and I'm not too sure about the design. Otherwise I'll find a home for him through some other center, it wouldn't be a problem if he was rejected, I just found it safer to ask first^^.

I don't think there'd be any problem with him. :3 The design looks well put together, and a bit of hair like that is usually fine; it's pretty much just when it's the huge scene/emo/sparkle hair that covers the whole face that it becomes an issue.

^Yes, I remember my Kelani I adopted from TAN has a mini mohawk and tuft of hair.
