She chuckled softly and continued, pointing her sharp claw at two berries. One large and red, and one small and dark purple. "This is a very common mistake most kits and apprentices make-which sadly costs them their lives. Young cats mistakenly eat these bright colored berries, since they think they'll be a delicious meal addition, but, Sunpaw, these berries are in fact deadly- the red one is a Death Berry, and the purple one is Deadly Nightshade. If consumed, it will instantly kill a cat, unless you are quick enough to subdue the poison." she instructed.

Nodding her head, she gently poked at the berries with one of her claws.

She watched then continued, "However, we can stop a cat from dying, but we must be quick. Any ideas on how we might go about doing that?" She quizzed.

She chuckled softly. "It's alright, I don't seriously expect anyone to know this, or we'd never have a single berry-related death in the first place! The best thing to do is either give the cat a counter-poison, like Juniper, or make them vomit the poison by giving them yew or yarrow."
