However, TBH I don't know how well twin Plumies would work out without partnership. So would it be that the artist picks the two best forms or one person gets both Plumies?

I also agree on a colorful theme- that sounds really awesome!
Maybe an optional partnership? Like you could pair up if you want, but partners don't loose/win together instead they loose/win individually?
