You'll have to upload to an image host (photobucket, tinypic and imgur are common choices) and use the code that says "bbcode" or "forum code" - it'll have brackets [like these]. :3 Copy and paste that into your form.
There's also an option to upload an attachment to your posts, right below the main text box when you go to write a new post or edit an existing one.
