That does sound really cool and I'll have to try to make it at some point, but I already have an idea/character in mind for the mascot if the poll continues on its current trend. He's a taur of sorts, something kind of dragon-y with swept back horns. He's actually a bartender in a story I haven't written much of, so I figured I could repurpose him for this.
If the vote changes and people want multiple shopkeepers I've got a few picked out as well. He'd be moved to running the Tea Shop, a octopus merman I'm working on would be in charge of the Aquarium, and... I honestly don't know how to describe the one I've got picked out for the Jungle. No idea what I'd make for the Garden but I'll figure something out if it becomes relevant.

They'll probably be more useful once I have more species in each section. What I tried to do was separate each distinct section of each post. There seems to be a lot of different opinions on how shops should look, and I know it's not possible to please everyone. I've seen some places with graphics all over the place and others with no pictures whatsoever.
Anyway, the dividers may or may not stay. If they do stay, do you think making them smaller would help? I've never done dividers before so I wasn't really sure what size they should be.

I think a big part of my problem is firstly their color, I just don't like pastelly, girly colors, a nice deep green and vibrant purple would look amazing, and if it was more centered (minorly OCD), and maybe a slightly more vine-like less round design, it's too springy and such for me, you know?
June 2015 - April 3, 2020Thank you so much to Loelya for this wonderful art of my late cat, Wilford.

I'm not sure how much more centered it could get. The image itself should be completely symmetrical and I used the centering code when posting them.
I can see if I can make it more elegant, but I think my shop is the perfect testament to my simplistic art style. ^^; As for the colors, I am actually a huge fan of pastels and I'm trying for a very peaceful, natural look to the shop. I also wanted something that would match with every shop, which may have been a mistake, but I didn't want to make different dividers for every different section when I'm not even certain I'm keeping them.
