Couldn't the pup be Floggle? Has she denied it? To me the markings look like feathers. With a feather around your necklace you can't fly, but you can with a body covered in them!

Also, I would dare say that is Pluma's. Only because all of her dogs have had "plumas" in the past in one way or another, hehe.

I especially love the eyes and wing edits! And it's blue!

I think that the staff pup with the butterfly on its nose belongs to Lillian because she said that hers is part horse and that tail looks like a horse's tail.

My guess is it is one or the other, as they are the only ones that give the impression of flight. Your probably correct.
