Bringing this up, as it doesn't look like anyone answered the question. No, those are not considered line edits - variations that are regularly seen in monthly litters like the bobtails, three tails, curly tails and crimped ears are all standard linearts that we mix and match to get the combinations we want. :3 However, pets might have line edits on top of those variations, like these ones:

A line edit is something that an individual artist adds on to the standard lineart, and it can be very tiny (e.g. mouth edits) or to the point where you can barely tell what the original lineart was (e.g. the cows or camels from the Egypt event). ^^ The lineart is usually only owned by its creator rather than available to all the staff and often will be used for only one or two litters/pets.
