Duncan would be more wary, but polite.

BURNIATE naw, Oswald would totally show off to everyone and Duncan would stay at home and boil water for tea with his fire breath.

Oswald gets along with everyone so YES
Duncan would be pretty cool with Igneel.

I would love to draw both but Probs Ty because I drew Igneel a bunch for your form.

Ironically enough 200/Klarabelle and 100/Igneel were roleplaying not long ago, she sees Igneel as a sort of brother figure from what I can see and they're adorable together.
