His fur was spike straight up and his eyes wide with fake fear, but it looked real. " Eek! " Flintfoot squealed as he scampered to a corner of camp. It was clear he was trying hard not to laugh.

Smiling rather smuggly, Mousekit stood upright, "Maybe I haven't groomed myself, and I don't have to be all cut and fluffy, you know!" she replied to Flintfoot. On her way back she did trip my the bore, explaining the mud, and the ret of the way she got lost in a thicket, explaining the leave, but made it out all tough like a real adventurer. "Mom's gonna make me eat eat mouse dung, though." she muttered sarcastically, looking in the direction of the nursery, where her mother was sleeping. Then she looked up at the arrears with excitement in her paws, "I wanna play, too! Please?" She asked, pawing at Flamewing's tail.

"And as Mousekit my noble deputy!" Kestrelflame declared, glancing at the kit. She nodded to her and darted after Flintfoot and Flamewing, glancing back to see if Mousekit had followed.

She flailed her paw. "Oh no! The terrifying Mousekit and Kestrelstar are coming to get us! What do we do?" She wailed, giggles lacing in as she watched Kestrelflame and Mouse kit bound towards them.

Squeaking with horror, Flintfoot was bowled over by Kestrelflame. " Oh noes! Help! Flamekit! Mousekit! " He yowled, looking up at Kestrelflame with a small, unnoticeable grin.

Her tail curled in happiness. "Flintkit! Watch out!" She purred, and leaped over to Kestrelflame and Flintfoot, happily batting Kestrelstar's tail and ears. "I shall save you!"

Ears perked happily, Mousekit sprinted after Kestrelflame, "I'm loyal to Kestrelstar, you prey stealing fluff balls!" she yowled, catching up to Kestrelflame as best her nimble legs could carry her across the camp clearing. She felt like a real warrior as she stood at Kestrelflame's side and chomping down lightly at Flamewing's paw.
