A smile appeared on the tall grey kit's muzzle as Mousekit escaped the bowels of the nursery to finally venture outside the camp. Her black pads crept down towards the opening into the forest. It was a brilliant idea! Next moon she would have to become apprentice, and knowing her territory was the number on priority during a battle or patrolling, besides, she might even impress the other apprentices. At the thought of that, Mousekit puffed her fury chest in pride and bravery and stepped paw into the wild. After a moment of cautious decision making in terms of navigation, she spotted shallow paw print in the soil, and they certainly smelled like her clan's. Finally certain of where she was going, she followed the trails. (obviously to Flamewing and the other warriors)

Flamewing thought. "Huh... I wonder who cut him..." She trailed off.

Kestrelflame shrugged. She had been the one who had killed him, but she wouldn't tell Flamewing. Not yet.

"Well, at least you can finally relax!" She purred happily. She laid her head onto her paws, remembering everything that had happened between her, Kestrelflame and Flintfoot. Well, now she thought now she herself could relax. But not entirely, she wondered what was going to happen to Flintfoot, and his decisions.

As the sent grew strong, it grew stranger. It felt like ages passion before she reached a tall structure that looked like a misshaped tree. the branches were flat and rectangular. Two sat horizontally between each up rite stump. Past it she saw a black tom and two other tabby cats which must've made it through the small little ditch at Mousekit's paws. She tilted her fluffily head and one turned towards her, revealing two kits about her age, both behind the other cats. The black tom was huge, loping over her from the other side of the fence. Scares draped his muzzle and he looked at her with menacing dark eyes. Mousekit shrunk back into the grass, glancing at the tom, then the other cats and ran off. She must've been at the edge of the territory because nothing smelled like hime any more.
Her tiny paws carried her back to camp, and she didn't know she could run for so long. As Mousekit entered the camp with mud and leaves matting her fur she saw Flamewing with Flintfoot and Kestrelflame. Still hanging on to hope she tried to disguise her self as a bush between the rocks. Little did she know that that was was not one of her cleverest ideas yet.

Flamewing looked over at Mousekit. "Hey Mousekit, come over here!" She called out, her tail waving.
