I have two things to say.

1. There should be a limit to how many Bell Kitties one has and people with no Kitties should be given a better chance at getting one then raffles and the releases themselves. I'm often at school when you release them and it has been almost 200 pages since I started following this thread...I have none. I really love this line, and so do others, but yeah...need a little bit more control with that kind of thing.

2. Are you accepting Mods at the moment for the up and coming thread? I would love to be a mod, my activity is high except for the 6 hours at school. Otherwise I'm always on.
