√Personality: Solious is a strong Rukami and is calm too. He gets agressive sometimes due to his blindness but has also become an intelligent person because of it.

√How his blindness effects others around him: Due to his blindness he lashes out at others more than usual and make people a bit uncomftorable when he's looking directly at them since thet know he is blind. But there are times when it makes people feel sorry for him and times when he gets along great with others.
