So I remember posting earlier today that the 3-tailed pup was maybe Jadeghost's.



Well I've been thinking and I am now lead to believe that the 3-tailed dog is Cataract's.
You see, if you look at her previous Staff Dogs you'll see that the tails aren't the same as the normal linearts'.

This was cataract's hint.

the two years past, have shared one thing in common...find what it is and you'll know one aspect of my dog that's different

So I'm lead to believe that her pup does not have a normal tail.

And not only are the tails different, but the ears are flopped. On the bob-tailed and curly tailed linearts, one of the ears are in fact not flopped.

And if this 3-tailed pup is cataract's, then the regular three tailed lineart should not have one flopped ear.

And according to cataract's hint, she made her pup share one thing in common with her past staff dogs.
So what I think, is that the shared trait is 2 linearts mixed together.

Ugh, more grey-themed staff pets? We had those back in 2012. I was really hoping for maybe a red theme (haven't had one since 2009) or maybe a blue theme.
