I think this one is Dracas. I have no clue what her hints were, but it just seems to match her style.

I have a theory that may or may not actually be valid, but according to Vampiric's clue "As these eyes close, others open" makes me think of this dog...

I was thinking that the pup's eyes would be open at first and then when it grew into an adult they would close but more eyes would appear everywhere else on the body.

What page is it that Metallic Dragon claimed their pup?

I think I've gathered a clue to Pluma's hints.

They said in their first hint that this year's staff dog shared something in common with their other 2 staff dogs.

2013: based on a peacock
2012: based on a deer

So I think this year's staff dog by Pluma is based off of an animal.
Which leads me to believe one of the 2 below are their's.

or

But in the second clue, Pluma said their dog has line edits and is on the lighter side of the litter.
By lighter side, I am lead to believe they mean the lightest color of the color scheme.
So, I'm lead to believe that this is their's.

Actually, I think that the white on with the feather around its neck is Pluma's. If you look closely, both of Pluma's precius staff pets have feathers.

Maybe the coontail looking one is a raccoon with extreme line edits when it grows >:)

Pluma's previous two staff dogs have the same mouths, maybe the similarity isn't as complicated as we think.

D'you mean cataract? Cataract was the one with the difference hint

Pluma's hint was "My dog got something in common with my two previous staff dogs."
Cataract's was "The two years past, have shared one thing in common...find what it is and you'll know one aspect of my dog that's different."
