Blueberry.
Blueberry just passed.
I knew it was coming. He was old, but I never expected to come so soon as today.
I had just finished planning my aquascape, he didn't even get to see it.
He would have been so happy, too; I made him his own little sactuary with nice, tall plants surrounding a little rock-tent held up by biosafe plastic reinforcments. He would have loved it.
Now he'll only get to see it from heaven.
Rest in peace, buddy. You're already being missed.
I did write a song for him though.

Type of fish that you have: I mix them, we have 2 Glofish, and 3 Neon Tetras
Your fish's names: Sparky is the yellow one, Tetra is one of the tetras, Spidie is another one, the pink glofish and the other neon don't have names yet
How long have you had fish: Since around the start of December

Other ( A thing I added)- I hate changing their water. I love the fishies, hate the work. Also the genders of the fish are two male tetras, one female tetra, one female glofish, another female glofish. I don't just randomly pick a gender, I try to differentiate them. So much harder in fish.

I ended up buying 3 new plants(well, one I already have, but I wanted more of it) and 3 new ottos. >_<' I was so not planning on the new fish and even the plants are something that might die due lack of CO2/light. But the plants were 3 for price of 2 and for once I found same otto species I already have. So...

I got three lovely male platies today! c: They're gorgeous. But one little guy out of the lot
caught my eye especially. He's an ivory-yellow colour with a black face and stunning golden eyes.
He's kind of speckly though, like a mouldy potato - so I might name him Spud. X3

Does anyone know what this is? I was doing a 50% water change and this stuff got all stirred around in the water. My only guess is it's something to do with the aquarium salt I put in, that's the only change I've done recently. It's like a clear film.

Do you have a betta in that tank? Sometimes betta spit can form a skin on the surface of the water.
