Not feeling terribly terrible,

up until the very moment my bad hip spazzes out and I have to frantically twist and contort because the longer it takes to "fix" the hip's positioning, the worse the pain gets. And pretty soon I'm just about ready to scream because my hip is on fire, so sharp and hot it's melting itself away.......
