"It would be wrong to do such a thing, that's why so few people have powers like that." March replied quietly. "It had been a while. More than a couple of years, for sure. Although I can't summarize it all, I've got to say the last three months have been absolutely fantastic. I got separated from my crew, captured, starved, hypnotized and almost shot. I also found out one of my friends is a turncoat."

"Oh..Well..That doesn't seem like a good thing.." Kirito said, not knowing how to respond to that. He thought for a moment before finally looking through all his options.
"Sometimes I was born into the wrong kingdom. Is there any room for one more on your ship?" He asked, hoping there was.

"It's Manu's ship now. You'd have to ask her." The eight-year old sighed, shaking his head. "When we got separated, she took over since she is, well was, my second-in-command. Once I found them again, I didn't feel right taking the leadership position from her again, so I left. Why else would I be this far inland, anyway?"

"Hmm..Yea, that is reasonable..Then for now we're both sort of vagabonds aren't we?" Kirito said, laughing lightly.
"I never thought I'd find you this far from the ocean, that seems to be your home, and now you've left it. As I've left mine." He commented.

March laughed roughly, his voice much lower and scratchier than an eight year old's should've been. "No, that's just you really. I still have my home in the forest. I used to live not far from here before this war started. A rabbit is never truly at home at sea, we usually can't swim, and it just doesn't feel natural. Seasickness is common as well."

"Well I've never truly felt at home, so I suppose anywhere can be my home. And for you that's true, you are a rabbit..." Kirito paused for a moment.
"What are you going to do now?" He asked.

"Yes, I believe that's been established." March muttered, subconsciously touching one of his soft ears. "For now, I shall continue living in my house until I can figure out something more useful to do. Or something less boring, at the very least. Why do you ask, anyway?"

"Hmm..I guess I'm asking because I don't know what to do, I've just been wandering around for a long time, I forgot where I was going actually.." Kirito replied sheepishly.

"Can't help you there, I'm afraid. You'll have to find your own path, or maybe just make your own." March murmured, sitting back down and pulling out his dagger once again. "I'd suggest you become a mercenary like my cousin, but I'm afraid you're too well known for that."

"Hmm..Well I could always hide my face with a hood..A mercenary huh? What if I just followed you sort of?" Kirito asked, tapping his fingers together inquisitively.
