"Yeah, and her mother as well," Ivoryfern sighed, sadness finally revealing itself. She sat beside her mate.

Juliet yawned, stretching a little as she drank in the suns warmth. She was taking a stroll, having found no interest in the kittypet gossip nor the housefolk pampering. Her ears twitched as she moved gracefully through the forest, a slender white form bright and noticable against the dark greens and browns of the wooded wilderness. Her paws itched to run, to go on an adventure and never look back, but her caring nature persisted and the thought of her devastated housefolk always stopped her. She let out a little sigh and decided to stop and lick her delicate pink pad, having stepped on a thorn. "Ouch!" She squeaked, finding it had been driven deep into her paw. "Come on..." She murmured as she continued to struggle with the removal of the thorn.

Juliet finally gave up, deciding to tough through the pain as she limped deeper into the ferns. Thats when she noticed it, the scent of multiple cats. She froze, her eyes widening as images of ferious wildcats, bloodthirsty with claws sharper than thorns ran through her head. She trembled a little, her instincts telling her to run but her curiousity forcing her to follow the scents. It grew stronger and stronger until she could hear voices. Her curiousity peaked as she saw them, a large group of cats all sitting together as some sort of ceremony went one. Juliet's breath was swept away as she gazed, her sapphire blue eyes twinkling with interest.
