"thanks," Lilly muttered. She gave a slight smile. deep inside her heart was full of holes, with her parents dead and her other family disowned her. but she felt some of the holes be patched because of Kai.

[persephone;]

"No problem.'' He said as she laid back down. ''Aren't you hot come sit in the shade." He said as a smirk spread across his lips.




She began to laugh as politely as she could. "IF you don't want to you don't have to." She said as she stopped laughing, but a smile still spread across her face.

Lilly flicked her tail, "sure thanks," She purred and walked over. "but we should get working soon," Lilly said.

[horror.]

"I'm sorry your highness, I can't..." He mutters quickly, watching two guards mingling. He puts the pastries onto the garden table

[persephone;]

"Yeah I know." He sighed as he heard talking. "Well the princess is right there." He said pointing to her.




"That is alright." She said as she sat down on one of the stone seats that formed around the table.

Lilly nodded, She stood but and pulled her ears. She heard nothing unusual so she sat back down.

[horror.]

"Your highness, if you don't mind me asking, what will you do after you become queen?" His eyes gleamed with curiosity.

Kai knew Kanata since he was a fellow guard so he called. "Kanata." He then waved.




"Honestly I have no idea." She sighed. She then pulled out her own pastry. "To be honest I believe my mother is quite lazy and wants nothing to do with her own subjects." She said as she pulled a piece of and plopped it into her mouth. "So I will be a queen that interacts with my people. Oh and i'll probably have to get married." She said as she looked at the guard who had called Kat.

Lilly hopped down. She begun to walk the other way looking ans hearing for anything unusual.
