Yeah, but if they denied every one that isn't theirs then we'd figure it out by default. It would be foolish for the staff members to deny *every* pup that isn't theirs, unless they don't want to play the game.

I deny lots of dogs but I won't ever let it get to the point where you guys will figure it out CX
