Middle Earth! {Lord of the Rings & The Hobbit} V4

Seen it today, fell in love with the pairing of Tauriel and Kili. I was apprehensive about Tauriel's existence at first but I soon fell in love with the ship.
SPOILER ALERT BELOW;;
I then found out that Kili dies.

Really? I hated Tauriel!!! She totally messed up the whole Company! I would've been fine with her if she hadn't fallen in love with MY FAVORITE CHARACTER!!!! Also, they leave Kili, Fili, and the other dwarf behind! Why?

Because its a ploy to make everyone feel more symathetic towards kili and Fili because something is gonna happen to them in the last movie that I'm not gonna spoil

I liked tauriel before the movie came out, because I like the idea of a female elf
and the I know the book has an all male main cast
the ship... Yes I shipped it
I didn't really like the rest of the movie, because it didn't feel like the hobbit should.
the first movie felt more hobbity than DoS, and juding from the trailer - five armies as well

Heh heh, funny how I just watched the entire Lord of the Rings triolgy yesterday with my family XD. Kinda hated the ending but whatever. Frodo was annoying. Legolas and the Bimbli -- was it -- were my favorite characters.

I liked samwise gamgee
and I liked merry and pippin

Merry and Pippin are awesome. I like all the Hobbits, but Merry and Pippin are my favorites.

Okay, I am the only nerdy fangirl at my school for all things Lotr and Th. I just have to say My fav dwarf is Balin, My fav hobbit is Pippin, But my favorite character of all time is Legolas!

honestly i'm just happy that there is at least a female elf in the hobbit o.O even if it's only one most of movie appears to be male some extras are female but the movies seem dominated by males and i do mean dominated too many men is all i have to say XD

True. :3 Tauriel is actually a very intriguing character that would be a great subject of character study; I personally do not like non-canon romances thrown in by directors in movie adaptions for 'drama', nor am I a fan of the Kíli/Tauriel thing as it makes absolutely no sense to me (dwarves and elves getting together? I'm not against interracial marriage, but isn't the only reported incident of dwarf and elf friendship in Middle-earth between Legolas and Gimli? ), but it's interesting seeing her and Legolas's relationship.
