Water lay on the ground her eyes half closed. She was lost. Trees streamed past her. Cats ranfighting, and at the top of them all a silver tom, with his claws hooking into cats pelts. Something knocked her, she fell, scrabbling at a ledge but felt herself slipping. She fell, but jerked, she looked up the silver tom heaved her upwards. She saw his eyes, full of blood lust. She sputtered in shock, then fell back into a daze. She lay unmoving. None of her tribe mates went to help her up, they were gone. Except for one...
The mottled brown tom, Tiger that pounces on eagle. He snarled and approached her still body, baring his teeth to tear her throat out. She stared as his teeth approached her neck. A hiss sounded. Vanilla! Her body was swollen but she clawed the tom over the ears with a duo of rapid blows, before snapping her teeth around his scruff, and hurling him with a heave over the edge. He fell with a thud on a ledge below. Not broken, but stunned. She stared down the ledge all the while. Her thoughts black and empty. Vanilla grabbed her scruff, and began to haul her down a rocky slope. Water felt pain and tried to move but could not. When Vanilla reached a ledge she let out a yowl of pain. Then collapsed, her paws churning the air, as she fell to her side.

Her kits were coming, and she was stranded in the middle of no where, with a death shocked cat.

The silver tom surpresses a snarl, knowing that it would probably just scare Fawn and frustrate Sun; he surpresses it so well that he smiles instead. That strange gaze is turning blue once more - a crystiline shade that.. well.. its terribly enchanting. Fell takes a breath, "Well, wasn't that fun?" he asks the she-cat trailing behind him. "Nary a scratch! And they thought me a hunter," is scoffed laughingly. Fallen is reliving the moments when blood had coursed on his paws.. and he had stopped. Why? Because of the starry-tortishelle cat named Spotted-leaf bothering him with a silent, sorrowful shake of her head. "Say Fawn, scent any herbs? We sure could use them for Sun." is told with a sweet smile.

Sun grumbles to himself that he can walk but is ignored until he shouts dismay. "Vanilla! And that she-cat... Water, I think.. and a tom.. I think he's dead." where the frantic-ness shows terribly.

"Sit still little bat." is growled as the looking smaller male is quickening his pace to the trio - one is definately dead too... no, stunned. He would need to kill him. "Vanilla, you're kitting." is said Calmly. "Water... what happened? Whats going on?" he looks to the sky, worried, then around. Looking for refuge with two injured, one... kitting and then Fawn. Little Fawn who he doesnt know if he can use to help.

Vanilla screeched and arched her back unnatrually. Her fur fluffed out in pain. She clawed the hard ground in agony, blunting her claws. She screeched again, lashing out with her claws at the approaching cats, her blue eyes pained. She flopped down onto her side wailing "Bane!"

Water stayed lying still, her wide blue eyes blinked slowly as she stared at a toms face. She blinked slowly. Her pelt rippling she whispered; "Borage for her milk, Daisy for her stiffness, and-" She gasped for breath her chest heaving.

Tiger grunted and heaved himself to his paws, grunting.

Fawn was already gone, all her senses alert as she scented the area around her. Her small, lithe body worked quickly as she searched the forest floor, her mind moving quickly as she rattled off things in her mind. Borage Leaves, Poppy Seed, Burnet, Chamomile, Daisy? No, dandelion. Lambsear and lavender. That's what I need. She moved fast, picking everything she could find then returning to Vanilla. She glanced at the other cats around her. "Get back, she needs space to breath." Is her quick command before looking back to Vanilla. "Okay, okay..." She soothes. "Deep breath in, deep breath out..." She whispers, setting the lavender by her nose. It would help her breath and soothe her heart rate. Her tail flickers in a quick matter, one that meant and will always mean that she was focused, and not to distrust her.

Bane perked at the call, racing through the brambles before landing next to Vanilla. Brambles and Thorns! She was kitting! He panicked a bit, but seeing that Fawn was helping her, he did his best to relax. He lay by her back, pressing his side against hers as he groomed her slowly. "I'm here, I'm here..." He assures her, listening to Fawn's commands, watching her chew, more, apply, and feed herbs to help Vanilla.

Fallen places his alittle off to the side of Vanilla and Bane; partially because a smaller area of cats would be easier to defend for him as the only killer here today. Eyes go to the sky and then to the world once more; Water was waking up. Kill her? Move her? No. He hadn't then, and he wouldn't now. Blue eyes watch her, "Wake up Water-down-Cliff. You are safe, Vanilla and I saved you... I need your permission to kill him, Tiger-that-pounces-on-eagle." the silver one says informingly. "And, you arn't terribly injured - I need your help finding a cavern nearby to shelter my family." is said, voice soft and sweet, soothing even.. a reason he rarely speaks. And, he is glancing at the Tribe Guard who had tried to kill her, "Come on, I promise you are safe wi - With me." he'd stuttered because of his past and not a reason more.

Sun grimaces as he streaches while standing, "I'm not hunted meat," is grumbled to his brother before he bends to Bane, "We need to find herbs, Borage and Daisy, I know where some are, and some marygold incase. " is said as green eyes search for a stick - soon finding one, and ignoring the claws - "Vanilla, bite down on this, and try to lay still your kits could get injured.."

Vanilla obeyed, her body convulsing in spasms she screeched as a huge tremor rsacked her body.
¨Great! It hurts!"She hissed, srching her back again. The tremors stopped a1t her hips. Her hips had developed a stiffness, which could prove fatal.

Water struggled to her paws; ¨No,... ill do it"SHe hissed, lunging foward, stumbling on a stone, Tiger snorted and ambled towards her.

Sun had dissapeared on his own and found herbs swiftly - then, he returns. "Eat these, I couldnt find any mary-gold but Fell has collected a few and it wasn't that long." the golden tom is chewing rappidly with one eye on the sky. "Please eat this. Please." is begged as the wad is passed to the Queen. "The more you thrash the worse it will be." is cautioned by the torn, aching male.

"Watch where your paws are," says the silver one quietly, "You already owe us a life-debt, or two sets of paws." says Fallen with eyes ever searching while appearing to only look at the tom and bored as well.

Fawn glances at the herbs, unease gnawing at her stomach but she said nothing. Instead she offers a small smile, "listen to the toms, Vanilla. They're here too help." She mews softly, trying to comfort the distressed she-cat. The more she thrashed, the more she would hurt the kits.

Vanilla lay unconcious sprawled on her side. Three kits lay next to her two mewled weakly, one did not move at all. A little gray tabby Tom pushed into her belly wailing for milk. A small cream Shecat butted him away, wailing for milk again. The little black Tom lay still.

Water snarled and lunged, grappling with Tiger, she clawed at his pelt, her hind claws gouging tufts of brown fur out of his belly. He grunted, then heaved upwards, swiping a paw at her throat. She gasped as blood spurted from her neck. But she looked up, anger blazing in her eyes; "I will not be defeated by the likes of you!" She snarled, her throat raining crimson blood onto the ground, she heaved the massive Tom onto his back, and plunged a claw foward, ripping his throat. He convulsed then stilled.
Water sat back, gasping for air, she lapped blood from her paws wearily. His claws hadn't pierced her artiery in her neck, but she still felt faint.
