"Maybe one of the warriors will show us how to hunt!" Melodykit mewed in an excited whisper.

Shadowkit shrugged, "Maybe Thundercloud will," he suggested.

Melodykit nodded eagerly. She bolted from the den and headed down the slope into the gorge.

[Dark Moon]

After a few moments, Fallowkit got up and slipped towards it, trying not to be noticed. (Fallowkit's open.)

"What are you doing?" Bluekit was silently padding towards her sister.

Thundercloud was lying in the shade

Shadowkit signaled towards his dad, "There."

[Dark Moon]

Fallowkit paused to glance at her. "Going to the forest." She replied.

[Cradily]

Wolfflight forced his fur to lie flat, but he kept all of his senses alert for intruders as he padded through the territory. When at last they arrived at camp, he parted his jaws to get a good whiff of the air. "Yeah, I...I smell 'er too. It's a she-cat, an' she don't smell too friendly."

Beetlefrost touched his nose to hers as their tails intertwined. "I was going to wait until your warrior ceremony to tell you, but..." A shy smile spread across his face. Then, before either of them could say another word, he sat upright and inclined his head in a polite sort of bowing posture. "Flamepaw," he began, "on the day that you become a warrior, I have but one request, and that is to take you on as my mate." He no longer appeared sheepish but confident, unwavering, and never more sure of anything in his entire life. "I promise to love you, look after you, and stay by your side for as long as we both shall live...if you'll let me."

"Ah, y'know, leader stuff." Kestrelstar grinned and licked her nose. "Hey, Ivycloud...I was wonderin'..." He looked briefly at his paws, then back at his mate. "Do you...w-would you like ta 'ave another litter at some point? I know you asked me about that a while back, an' I said that we need to make sure the environment is safe first, since back then there were a lot of threats an' deaths and all that, but now that things have calmed down a little..." The leader blinked at her hopefully.

He nodded slowly. "Good, good." The performing of battle moves went on for a little longer before Pinefrost said, "Alright, now I want you to try any move on me, any one at all, before I can dodge or retaliate."
