I believe Lilian's dog is the, 'I <3 Paint' dog. She said she drew on MS Paint for ten years, so maybe the 'I <3 Paint' message has to do with the fact she drew on MS Paint for a while...or it could be Grahm.....

This is why I'm glad I never really participate in the "who made this?!" of the staff litter... so long as I have them all I can care less.
