rules:
-this is chickensmoothie. all of the rules apply for this site.
-please respect all staff, and the staff need to respect you.
-cheating, guilt tripping, and anything along those lines will not be tolerated.
-any of the staff may try out for any of the ponies and have the same rights as anyone else would.
-only try out for a flower shetland if you are going to actually fill out the form. wips are okay, but it is annoying.
an exception to this is "possible reserve."
-this is a work in progress

any ignorance or disobeying of these rules will get you warnings, and soon enough, bans.

-each person is allowed 5 fsps as of now.
-each artist is allowed to make 2 customs for themselves, and have a total of 7 fsps.
-an artist must make 3 fsps for adoption before making themselves a custom.
