Ivy raised an eyebrow. "While it's usual for you, for me this is totally new. People on earth don't just walk around with magic powers. What kind of things can you do?"

Miles

Miles laughs at this. "Me? Magic? That's a good one." He shakes his head. "I can't do it, but some Fal can." He stops very bluntly at that, rubbing his shoulder awkwardly.

(I just realized I had a big grammar mistake in my last post sorry I'm really tired tonight for some reason)

Ivy looked at him. "So you don't have any magic. But what can the ones who do have it do?" she asked interestedly. After a moment of thought she added, "Does Mei have any magic?"

Miles

"Lots of stuff," he replied cautiously. "I've seen people control elements or move stuff with their mind. I got hypnotized once, she was a manipulator; she tried to get me to stab myself but she couldn't get into Mei's head and Mei got her while she wasn't looking." He's clearly evading the question about Mei, and he's not particularly covert.

Ivy looked up at Miles, sure that he was hiding something. "But you didn't answer my question about Mei. What kinds of things can she do? If she can do anything, that is," Ivy asked again, waiting for him to tell her.

Miles sighs. "Mei's power... thing is a touchy subject." He says, obviously unsure. "I think it's cool but she doesn't like to talk about it."

Ivy blinked, still waiting for her answer. "So can't you just tell me? I won't bring it up around her, unless, well unless we have a reason for her to use it," she promised.

Miles

The big bounty hunter huffs. "Her tattoos give her some kind of weird power. I don't even know what it does, really, I just know it comes out when she's really angry." He shrugs. "That's pretty much all I've got. My sister has superpowers."

Ivy laughed. "You were so worried about not telling me, but the best you could say was that she has superpowers. You are so strange." She finished talking and broke into more laughter.
