Sky thought, trying to remember who didn't have a partner for the race. Elena, she decided. Walking up to her, Sky said, "Hey, would you be my partner for the chariot race? We'll need to work fast, but I've done this a lot. I already have some stuff planned."

Elena turned around and tilted her head. She thought, I've never met her. "Oh uhhh i'm not very good but sure. Should we start practice?"

Sky smiled. "Sounds great. I have an old chariot I got off the Hermes cabin, we should fix it up a bit. Although I did rig it with side flaps, so if we hitch pegasi to it it'll fly smoothly. That should let us get ahead faster."

Sky grinned. "Sounds great. My name's Sky, and I think someone told me you're Elena." She turned back to Zoe as an arrow bounced clumsily off Sky's boot. "I don't know who that is," she said, trotting along on Jetstream, "but she's good. Go around from the backside and I think we can get her." Waving, she nudged Jet into the sky and signaled to Elena.
