>> What is a Tarani? << Taranis are an ancient race of canines, who roam the sky. They are said to be a mix of a wolf and a fox. For this, Taranis, or Taras, are around the size of a Coyote. Some distinctive features are that they have soft, flowing fur. They can hover in the air, although they do not get too high! Taranis usually ride on wind belts or air thermals — which gives the illusion that they can fly! Occasionally, clouds come out from their paw pads when soaring. In their ears, clouds constantly flow out, which is almost endless. A fog-like substance leaks from their eyes. There's almost never a Tarani who doesn't have this fog! Now, you may notice that they have no tail, but in replace are clouds! There are four different types of clouds you will find on a Tarani. There is Cumulus, Stratus, Cirrus, and Cumulinbus! Their clouds constantly replenish themselves, so you'll never find a Tara with no cloud tail. So far, none of the other cloud types have been found, it is said they all died out years ago. Which brings us to the fact that Taras are immortal, although most you will see are not that old! The oldest Taranis were not not immortal, so all have died off. Now, the new generation lives on! Taras are omnivores and eat various different things.

>> Rarities << All Taranis have an assigned rarities, although some features in one rarity can be seen in another { ie - cumulus cloud + small edit = uncommon }, but it takes the feature with the highest rarity as a Tara's rarity.

Common // Cumulus, No line edits
Uncommon // Stratus or Cirrus, Small edits { ie - small fur edits, hair tuft }
Rare // Cumulinbus, Medium edits { ie - hair, fur edits }
Very Rare // Different cloud other than the main four, Large edits, powers { reserved for special numbers like #100, #200, ect }

>> General Rules << We all hate 'em, but they're necessary.
- You only own up to three Taranis right now.
- No spamming, please! You are free to mark this thread once.
- No heavy cursing/cussing. Mild words such as "damn" or "hell" are acceptable in small quantities, although keep it to a small amount.
- Please do not steal or claim any Tarani as your own! Staff work hard on Taranis and so does the winner.
- No guilt-tripping, bribery or being a sore loser, please! This is very hurtful to the winner and the judge. We understand you lost something you love, but the only thing myself and the staff can say is that you're going to have to move on -- to put it bluntly.
- Do not reupload ANY Tarani to any website. You will be found and you shall be punished.
- Do not claim Taranis as your own! I { Snow } came up with the concept and the lovely Caela created the lineart.
- Do not ask to be apart of the staff, I will open up positions if needed.
- Do not ask for a custom, they are currently only aloud for staff.

- Staff may only own up to four Taranis for now.
- Staff are aloud to make one custom for themselves. If you are not an artist, you may request and artist to make your custom or you may request to make it yourself. You MUST show me the custom before posting. The may not exceed Rare.
- Staff may give out warnings, but they may not ban or give strikes out.
- Do NOT take advantage of being apart of the staff for extras slots, a custom and power.
- If I feel you are not doing your job properly, you may be demoted.
- Artists and GAs must read the notes before creating a Tarani.
