Lin had to keep himself from laughing aloud and knew exactly what that facial expression meant, so he pulled his iPod back up and started scrolling, looking for a good song. He eventually settled on Just Breathe by The Unlikely Candidates, figuring Ryder wouldn't have a clue. And to up the competition even more, guess what he did. That's right;

He started singing. Loudly, too. At least he was good at it.

She nodded, appreciating the reassurance, though she had never fit in anywhere and wasn't sure this would be an exception. "You really think I will?" She asked, raising her eyebrows.

She gave a small smile back, "Thanks." She said quietly. She already knew two people here and she'd been here only a couple days, that had to be a new record for her.

He hummed slightly to himself as he thought before picking Bleed American by Jimmy Eat World and continuing their little competition. Luckily, their voices were both fairly nice, so no one had a problem with it.

Stella smiled back. "Mm. No problem, you'll be great here." She said warmly.
