Taking into account just the date and rarity it is fair but if you are also taking into account the demand of the pet I don't know, I'm sorry.

Lions have a little more demand than horses, so demand wise it's technically not fair.
Though date wise and rarity wise is fair. ^^

Still need help!!! I've been told that this bid is unfair to me,
but can someone tell me what needs to be added to make it fair, so I could rate it?

I know your question has nothing to do with C$, however this is an effective way for me to estimate. Of the pets I pinpointed in the trade, these are the values that are estimated.

Joker Bun- 550C$
-------------------------------------------------------
Red X PPS- 350C$
Snowflake Lion- 60C$
Grinner-110-130C$
Blue snowflake scarf dog 45C$
The bright spotted rat - 40-45C$
Mime PPS - 35-40C$
The queen dog was valued at around 40C$
I'd guess the king is about the same value- 40C$
The green and creme spotty rumped dog is also around 40C$

Those alone add up to be 760-790C$ worth.

So you see, Its overpay hun, rather than underpay if you're looking at C$ values. These are just the pets I found some values for. Of course, the values are estimated, and solely based off of the C$ thread, not my opinion of them.

Those two values - value in pets and in C$ don't always go hand in hand when it comes to list pets.
Though mid advent would be worth 60-65C$, it's still is not considered fair to advent when someone offers full collection of current store-pets for it.

That's no how it works. You can not go by the C$ value of the pets to find out if a trade is fair or not.
example: store pet set is worth 50 C$ ... going by your way that'd be already an bottom advent.
But we all know 3 2014 very rares do NOT equal an bottom advent

so this way is not correct, and I'd suggest you don't give advice for list trades going by C$ prices

1 Sorbet = ca. 720 C$, which means 3 Sorbets = 2160 C$
going by list a Non is worth 3 Sorbets, NOT 2160 C$, only 1000 C$

So, currently you're around UR Purple Tess Horse-Speckled Rat area (If I did my calculations right).
A Joker Bun equals a Rainbow Mane + a Floppy Pink September according to the Rares List gap break down.
So, I'd say a low main list..?
I could be wrong and I'd get a second opinion.
