a: 8; The quality of it still isn't the best. I mean, it's either blurry or just a bit small for the forum avatar dimensions. Instead of fitting the full body in, you could use a different image and shift the focus to primarily the face, or make the background transparent and enlarge it? It doesn't match your signature either, but I do not judge on the relatedness from icon to signature. The animal is very nice looking, though.
s: I'm assuming it's a work in progress? It's a bit unfair to rate W.I.P. signatures in my opinion, but I'll give it a 7 for now. There's no relative color scheme to it. That shade of yellow used for the "treasure" text is slightly (?) unappealing to me. The pink is understandable for the "heart" portion of the quote, but I don't understand where the green's coming from. Maybe it's a Harry Potter thing I don't know about, but the colors kind of clash. It's empty so far in the bottom-middle and the GIF quality isn't the greatest, but it's coming along well layout wise.
