Can someone help me clear up some confusion please?

-So if you buy Minecraft for your computer, are you buying Minecraft itself; or are you buying an account for Minecraft?
So like, if my family bought MC, would me and my sister be able to each have an account; or would we have to share an account / buy separate accounts?

-If I went somewhere else with my laptop (ie: if I took it to Starbucks or the Library), would I still be able to access and play MC?

If I went somewhere without my laptop (ie: if I went to my friend's house), but they had a computer with Minecraft on it, would I be able to log in to my account on their computer?

Okay,I'm on mobile so sorry for autocorrect. All I can answer is that if you logged in with your mc account
On someone else's computer,you can play your mc.
Only reason I know this is because my boyfriend plays
His mc on my computer.

And yes,any internet on your computer works with mc.

People do share accounts. I used to share my account with my brother. However, only one person would be able to use the account at a time, so buying two is advised.
And yes, like Ocean Wave said, you can play minecraft anywhere. You buy your account and not the actual copy of minecraft. So you can download minecraft on someone else's computer and play it there. C:

Me and my sister have been begging trying to convince our parents to let us buy Minecraft (for some reason they are extremely anti-MC.) It's almost my sister's birthday, so then would be a prime time to buy it. Right now I'm stuck on an old, bad-quality, mini-laptop, but I'll probably be getting a new, good quality, full-sized laptop at Christmas. That way, even if I have to wait a while, me and my sister can both get accounts and she can play from the fancy family computer while I play on my future laptop.

I have played Minecraft since the very start. I had many worlds that i either lost to Restarting my computer or Deleting.
Minecraft is a endless world of fun that i would love to play all day if i didn't have school. I dont have any mods (lol mobs? no Mods~)or Texture packs i use. I like plain old Minecraft. Since the game has grown more and more i still love it!
I am a huge MC fan even if i dont have anything like T-shirts. But, if you ask me i know a lot of the Recipes.
I love to Draw & i am a Girl Gamer. I am not a Real GG (Girly Girl). I am a Gamer!

Hey so do you want to meet up on Climax Craft? I would love to see your Skyblock XD
Anyway, its good to have torches so mobs wont spawn but, you will need a Mob Spawner for Baddies or you wont be able to get string for bow, or Exp. Dont be a wimp! I was a Wimp before now i am over it.
