- Treat others as you would treat yourself and be a good sport in a competition.
- Do not lie or attempt to bribe any other staff member for the sense of gain or benefit towards this adoption center.
- If you no longer want your Split, PM the creator and it will be put up for re-adoption.
- You can as of right now own 5 splits while staff can own up to 6 or 7.
- Please do not ask a staff member for a custom or to make more designs for we do not allow customs. And life can get in the way and we are trying our best to do so.
- Splits eye color will always be the same as it's blood color.
- Splits can pertain bright colors just not ones that will blind you half to death.
- Small edits are allow, but other than that please message me about large extensive ones.
- Splits never have their eyes open!

Splits are based on a species of an extinct breed of dog called the Cordoba Fighting Dogs, which were known to protect and fight others. May scientists though of it to be a good idea to recreate this breed but the experiment failed miserably. The final product was this large dog with multiple gaps on it's body and odd liquify tails. This baffled the scientists since the gaps didn't show to cause any harm on this breed and it's tails did not fall apart.

Splits follow a consistent diet of meats and vegetation such as small mammals, soy beans, corn, potatoes, and leaks. They also enjoy fruits form time to time and berries as a special treat.

|ｅｎｖｉｒｏｎｍｅｎｔ|

Splits inhabit thick rural forests and mountainous areas such as Colorado or Germany. They can also inhabit urban areas or high populated cities.

|ｂｅｈａｖｉｏｒ ａｎｄ ｔｅｍｐｅｒａｍｅｎｔ|
----------------------------------------
Splits can be very social creatures, but are tend to have trouble time getting along with other splits since of their descendants from their counterparts, Cordoba Fighting Dogs. But they can learn to socialize with other splits through active exposure to others. The only reason a split will ever act aggressive towards humans and/or other species is if they feel threatened or pend.

- They are an very intelligent species but can fail to show sometimes due to certain reasons and predicaments.
- Splits can't really mimic human language. They communicate using a complex use of hisses and barks as well what to presumed to be telepathy.
- Sadly they can't open their eyes due to the failed genetic build. Some speculate that a split has a third eye that allows them to see more than the human eye but has never been proven.
- The gaps in a splits body is actually called a splice. These splices do not effect a split whatsoever which means they could be on the other side of the universe and still be able to fully operate it.

Splits are known to have a lifelong mate but can also mate with other splits. Splits reproduction is odder than regular breeding since Splits are born from genetic designing machines.

Splits have never been recorded for their lifespan so it is unknown for the time being. Sizes also fail to show in splits since some can be larger and other smaller, it just depends on the split and gene make-up.
