I disagree. I would say around 25 C$ since they got for around an early '10 rare.

2 C$ per item is too much. Even 1 C$ per item is too much. Most of those items are from the event thus most people have them at the moment.

Both the second and the third are 5-7.
Demand does not have a set price, it all depends on what someone is willing to offer/what you want. ^^
