Alycia walked with a black hoodie, covering her face and hair to humanity. She was new, and would be the curiousity, and possibly a freak. She tugged her hoodie off gently when she reached the front office, where she had to get a guide of the school and which classes she would be in, thanking the women behind the counter after several boring minutes, she collectd the unfamiliar paperwork and walked back outside, forgetting about her hoodie.

Tristyn was also happy to hear the bell. Most people lived for free period, but she found it so boring. So although she hated math, she headed to Algebra II with a good attitude. Who knows, she might get a nice teacher, and maybe meet some cute girls? Another good thing was that the class was on the floor she was already on: 2nd. It wasn't because she was lazy, she just didn't like dealing with the busy stairways.

The image got better. Aeris covered her face with her hand to unsuccessfully hide a silly grin. "Oh my god, I just had the funniest image. Get this: a pegacorn with wings and a horn, right? But this pegacorn has your face on it, smiling and talking about a crocodile right in front of you." A laugh slipped out and she managed to say, "My mind is so weird."

Caleb smiled, "Jasper says meow. Loosely translated to 'thanks, man!'" He then paused for a moment, thinking about the comparison Collin made. "Huh. Never really noticed that before. They do say pets are like their owners." He then raised his eyebrows when Collin listed his cats. "Wow! Full house, huh? I like the names you chose, they're very unique. I've always wanted to have a lot of pets, but then you have to have a-lot-pets-money and a-lot-of-pets space. I hope you get to keep them; I can tell you really love them."

Oskar hugged Beatrice back somewhat awkwardly, putting one arm around her and patting her back gently twice. He was a bit thrown off because he hadn't really been shown any sort of affection since his father's death. Mainly because he was too busy being pissed off and violent to accept it. His mother tried, but during that first month of hell, he shut off from everyone, and sunk into darkness. But he was able to snap out of it and said "Ouch. And I thought my hand hurt... Did you need crutches?"

"Yup…" Beatrice said awkwardly, she was becoming the girl that she normally was again, after that wave of crushing sadness. She still wanted to hug Oskar, but she was more awkward, and less weepy now.
