۞-Official Video Game FanClub-۞ new thread

Everybody likes to avoid fandoms and I purposely hunt for fans of things and then throw a party when I find one even if it's a super popular thing they like xP To be fair, I rarely find Halo fans on CS (I've found maybe 3-6? One of which is inactive.) so I think a party in my head is acceptable for said moment. c:

Have you read my rules?: Yes I have.
How often do you play video games?: Minimum once a week for over 5 hours. I wish I could play it more but for some reason my parents like to get the chance to use the television.
What video game consoles do you own?: Radica Sega: Genesis plug and play, Laptop, Microsoft Surface RT, a couple e-readers, Xbox 360 Arcade, Xbox 360 Slim with Kinect, Xbox One: Day One Edition, and I'm still trying to get more.
Name some games that you own: Oh, no the list is extremely long, in total I own...100+ different video games on various consoles. I'll name a few though, Mass Effect series, Halo series, Assassin's Creed series, Dragon Age series, GTA IV + V, SplitSecond, Need For Speed: Rivals, Burnout: Paradise, Minecraft, COD: Final Hour + Big Red One + Ghosts, Ryse: Son of Rome, Skyrim, Deadpool, L.A. Noire, and a whole bookcase full of others.
What genre of games do you prefer to play?: In particular I really like FPS, RPG, and racing games.
What is your favorite video game?: I can't peg a specific one but a few series I have really enjoyed are: Halo, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, and Dragon Age. Right now I've really been enjoying SplitSecond.
Do you like cheese?: Yes?
Who's your favorite game character?: I just can't choose any particular character I like, so here is a quick/short list: Master Chief, Palmer, Altair, Garrus Vakarian, Wrex, Cullen, Alistair, Selby, and many, many more.
Anything else you want to add?: Hmm, I don't think so? Oh, I like FanFiction as long as it follows the character's actually personality or for OC stuff it follows a realistic route. I also don't mind RPs based off of video games but I don't like it if someone plays one of the main characters because sometimes they can't play that character's true values or personality right. I also read a lot of books based in video game universes. My favourite game universe is Halo, I know almost everything to do with Halo, so feel free to ask about anything. 8]

Aw, I love you too fellow Halo fan. (Now imagine me drawing a smile on your visor, if you get the reference) Have you really only found a few Halo fans? There is an entire fanclub with over 50 members. xD

I found the fanclub a little while ago, but it seems pretty inactive.
(Or maybe I found a different one.)

Eh, you probably found the right one. When I joined I was the fiftieth member and it almost immediately went inactive after that. I honestly don't know what happened The only time I really saw much for it again was Halo 4. Now there is Halo 5, Halo: Nightfall, Halo: Spartan Assault, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and still no activity. I think someone can officially check the vitals and give it a toe tag by now. 8s

I'm glad I found this club, I want to talk about so many things and my family couldn't care less about gaming.
Is anyone excited for Dragon Age: Inquisition? I know I certainly am. I've hit the waiting stage of not really getting to enjoy other games because I just want to play the new one that isn't out yet. x]
I'm also excited for all the new stuff happening for the Halo universe. Their live action is always good, and Nightfall introduces another Spartan story.

I'm sort of worried about the new Halo games and stuff. In my opinion, 343 didn't do a great job on Halo 4 and it was sort of a let down to me. I think Bungie did a way better job with the games. (Halo: Reach is still my favorite in the series <3)
Although I did like all the little RvB easter eggs 343 put in Halo 4.
