I do that a lot, too! What music I play usually depends on the genre I'm writing. For diaries, it's usually a lot of modern music with some rock or alternative. With epic fantasy though, whether it's writing or creating characters, plot points, or settings, I usually listen to either really intense rock (not metal though) or soundtracks from things like Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Narnia, or even Madoka Magica. And sometimes I listen to various flute melodies for calmer scenes.

Can someone help me? I've written a diary thing and I don't feel motivated to continue. Also, I might want to start another one, but I don't know how to just stop writing it and delete it. So, how do you do it?
