Closing his eyes, he fell sideways, and blood trickled from his flank, head, ears, nose, neck, throat, paws, belly, and he was missing both of his ears [whoa].

Missingflight laid there, and watched as his father died. Closing his eyes, he knew that too, he was close to death. Any sudden movements and Missingflight's wounds would open worse. Laying his head down, he prayed that Icepaw would forgive him if he were to die today.

Tallshadow's body went lifeless, as it surfaced to the dark forest. Before he left, he gazed at Willowstar with sad eyes, and then he let out a gasp of air before his head laid lifeless, and he disappeared.
