I really like the idea of it, how its a mix of a lizard and human, and how the horns kinda blend in while they would normally jump out. I also really like how you added a little pattern to the skin, which I think is very creative. 10/10

3/10 the idea is nice, but the colors clash and the tails are a little too much. Also the red spot on its chest is a bit odd.

I love the reddish colors but the yellowish paw kinda makes it look odd? A change in eye color might make it look good as well- Maybe a complimenting blue? I like the detail and markings as I haven't seen those before except the heart on the shoulder. Nice character overall!
