[list]Do you own a/ny Golden(s)? - I used to own a golden mixed with german shepherd
and my step mom [after Charlie passed] got another Goden, however she gave her away - which I had no idea
happened until I tried to go and see her.
If so, what is his/her name and gender? - His name was Charlie (nicknamed Bubba) [male]
and my step moms second pure bred Golden was Sadie [I called her Sadie Baby]
How and where did you get your Golden? - I am not exactly sure - I was very young but from
what my step mother told me, one of her friends could not keep him and so he came to live
with us; as for Sadie Baby, she was my step moms, girlfriends friends dogs puppy (boy that was a
mouth full!) And my step missed Bubba, saw Sadie, fell in love and brought her home.
Do you compete in any sports or participate in any special activities? - Bubba & I did not compete
nor did he and my step mom. He did enjoy chewing sticks, running laps in the yard and eating snow though
I also would take him walking in the park, he loved people and I would unleash him in the large baseball fields
to race, he loved racing. He always wanted to be the fastest - and then lay under a tree with me when we were
tired and eat some lunch or a quick snack before we went home. He was a happy dog none the less, we got him
a playmate soon after. An Australian Silky Terrier - named Hopie. They became instant friends & inseperable
which made it hard on her when he passed away. He was also a big protector to Hopie as she is dog aggressive
and he would defend her no matter what situation she got herself in.
Sadie Baby - she did not compete in any sports, she was also left alone for long periods of time, with my baby brothers.
I warned my step mom, but she didn't seem to hear me - and my brothers hit Sadie constantly no matter how many times
she tried to stop it, they had no respect for poor Sadie. She ended up being deathly afraid of my brothers - and any small
children after that *sigh* the poor thing.

To the left is Charlie [Bubba] using me as his pillow while he enjoyed a belly rub. To the right is
Hopie, I know she is not a Golden but in case anyone was curious of his best friends appearance,
there she is. Below is Sadie Baby - good news though! My step mothers friend took in Sadie &
Sadie is happy and doing well with no children and the care she deserved from the start! c:
